As a leader in this space, YesPac felt that it was their duty and responsibility to protect the environment through the implementation of durable, sustainable fiber-based packaging solutions. Powering their manufacturing facilities with renewable energy was consistent with this pledge to the environment. Evergreen developed and installed solar systems on the rooftops of YesPac’s buildings.
System Specifications
Comprised of 390 modules and five inverters, Yespac’s solar system has a total capacity of 585 kW DC. With an estimated annual output of 697,779kWh, the system does the job of 606 acres of US forest a year- sparing the environment of 495 metric tons of carbon dioxide.
